2024 Season Wrap-up

The 2024 season proved to be a challenging year for our FQPL 2 Senior Women’s team. Despite facing setbacks, including the unexpected resignation of our head coach, the players showed tremendous resilience and dedication.

Under the guidance of our interim coaching staff, the team demonstrated noticeable improvements in both their performance and cohesion. With a renewed focus, we saw steady growth throughout the latter half of the season. Although the results on the pitch may not have always reflected the effort, the experience gained has laid a strong foundation for the future.

We are proud of the team’s perseverance and commitment, and we look forward to building on these improvements as we prepare for the 2025 season.

Looking forward to 2025

While the challenges of last year tested the resolve of our Senior Women's team, the foundations laid, both in performance and team unity, have positioned us for a stronger, more focused season ahead.

The intent for 2025 is to build on the lessons of the past year, harnessing the experience gained, to push for greater success. With a fresh approach, our newly appointed Head Coach, Greg Bradley, will guide the team towards a higher standard of football. The focus will be on solidifying our identity as a competitive force in the league while fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, continuous improvement and the will to win.

We aim to create a positive, growth-oriented team culture, where mutual respect, support, and shared goals drive the group forward. This culture will empower players to challenge themselves and each other, creating an environment where individual and collective success are intertwined. The 2025 season is about turning potential into results, and together, we are determined to make it a defining year for our Senior Women's team.

This is an exciting opportunity for dedicated and hardworking players who would like to contribute in achieving our goals for the 2025 season.
