Registration is a two step process in 2024

Step 1 - use the Register Now button on the club homepage or the link you may have been sent to register with PHFC. In this system you pay the club fees only.

If you are using a Fair Play Voucher please ensure that you upload the voucher for processing when completing this registration. The $150 value of the voucher will be credited to your account once payment has been received from the Queensland Government.

Step 2 - Use the Squadi App to register your player. In this App you will be invoiced for all affiliation fees for FQ/FA/insurance fees as set by the governing body for the relevant age group.

Club Registration Fees
These are paid when registering via the PHFC Majestri system and are inclusive of all club playing costs. Fees include a new training shirt for members from Under 6 to Under 18 (please request preferred shirt size during registration). There are no additional match day fees.

§     Family Discounts - Discounts of $75 per player are available for all families enrolling, during the same registration, more than one immediate family member as a player.

§       Fair Play Vouchers - Please indicate during the online registration process if you intend to use a voucher. The following link will take you to the Queensland Government website that administers the program. Fair Play Voucher applications open for the first round in 2024 on 24 January at 9am..

§       Payment Plans - The Club offers a very affordable (interest-free) payment plan option for your registration fees. This option provides flexibility to pay over an extended period and minimizes the strain of an initial lump sum. Further details are outlined below. 

Club Registration Fees are required to be finalized by 31 March 2024 unless an approved payment plan is in place.

FQ / FFA Fees
All Football Queensland and Football Australia affiliation fees and insurance costs are charged separate to the Club.

All players in Football Queensland competitions must be registered via the Squadi App. Payment of the governing bodies affiliation fees and player insurance is made via the Squadi App.
