In mid December 2012 a number of interested volunteers were invited to join a team looking at shaping Pine Hills Football Club into the future. The result was Pine Hills 2018 - a formal strategy document has been approved by the Executive. To read this document click here.

The team consisted of Bill Lyon, Steve Gye, Glen Neville, Scott Reimers, Simon Brodie, Clayton Koch and Will Allan.
All members of this team have expertise which enhance the teams capabilities, from Strategic Planning, Project Management, Financial Management, Football Management, Sports Administration and Business Management. The team reports into the Pine Hills Executive Committee, and all decisions need approval by

 the Board before implementation.
In the first two months of its existence, the team has had a formal strategy document approved, and is now reviewing the current state of the club in the six pillars, of People,Football Programs, Community, Financial, Infrastructure and Administration.
The next steps are to discuss and agree what each of these pillars should look like in 2018, as the club drives towards its goals.
The team has also provided 5 key values which drive the actions of the club and we would encourage all members to review this document and make feedback to any member of the team.

Pine Hills will remain your football family club, with good community links, whilst striving to have teams at the top level of the game in the State, and providing "football for all" in the Hills District.
